To the reviewer "stuck" at the launch screen, turn your iPads orientation lock switch to the off position! The app switches between the help screen and the play screen based on the iPad orientation. If you have the orientation locked at start, and you launch the app in portrait mode, youll be stuck in the help screen until you turn the lock switch off! Its not a bug in my app, its doing exactly what you asked the iPad to do! If you try this and are still having problems with the app contact me directly via the support email address.

The scale patterns are very intuitive, and the built-in note guide makes it easy to learn to play!

Concertinas, sometimes called "squeezeboxes", sound like a small accordion or reed organ.

The left and right hands have their own mirror image 52-button keyboards. Each side has a 3 1/2 octave range.

Wikipedia has a great article about this style keyboard, just search for "Jammer Keyboard".

To play, simply touch the buttons. Buttons light up when playing.

Multiple buttons may be touched at the same time to play chords.

You may slide between buttons.

Touch the ? icon to show the note names for each button.

Touch the i icon to show the volume controls.

Play along with tunes in your iTunes library by starting a track using the iTunes app on the device, then launching HexJam HD. Adjust HexJam HDs relative volume to the iTunes music by touching the i icon and setting the volume slider.

Using the iPads Settings app, under General/Home, enable the "iPod Controls" setting to allow you to bring up the iTunes control panel by double-clicking the home button while HexJam HD is running.

Uses high-quality audio samples recorded from an acoustic concertina.

Q: I just updated my iPad to iOS 6.0.1 and Im stuck at the help screen!

A: Apple messed up the restoration of the Mute/Orientation switch state after the update. Please visit http://www.tradlessons.com/ios601mutefix.html or the apps website for a simple fix.
